Nasser Barghi
Dr. Nasser Barghi is Professor and Head of the Division of Aesthetic Dentistry in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School, at San Antonio, Texas. He has authored and co-authored over 180 articles and abstracts in scientific journals. Dr. Barghi has completed a great amount of research on bonding and etched porcelain bonded restorations, and has lectured extensively in the United States and abroad on the topic of aesthetic dentistry.
Gordon Christensen

Gordon J. Christensen is Founder and Director of Practical Clinical Courses (PCC), an international continuing education organization for dental professionals initiated in 1981, and based in Provo, Utah. For many years, thousands of dentists and dental staff persons have participated in PCC courses, and viewed PCC videos. Dr. Christensen has presented over 45,000 hours of continuing education throughout the world and has published hundreds of articles or books.
Gordon and Rella Christensen, are co-founders of the non-profit Clinical Research Associates (CRA), which Rella directed for many years. Since 1976, CRA has conducted research in all areas of dentistry and published the findings to the profession in the well-known CRA Newsletter. The CRA Newsletter is now read throughout the world in ten languages.
Early in his career, Gordon helped initiate the University of Kentucky and University of Colorado Dental Schools and taught at the University of Washington.
John Cranham
Dr. John C. Cranham has a restorative dental practice in Chesapeake, Virginia. The practice focus is to solve complex aesthetic and functionally oriented problems. An honors graduate of the medical College of Virginia in 1988, Dr. Cranham maintains a strong relationship with his alma
mater, as an Associate Clinical Professor, teaching in the Undergraduate, Graduate Prosthodontics and AEGD programs.
Additionally he was appointed to serve for two years on the Schools board of advisors. He has completed several of the nationally recognized Continuing Education Continuums (Dawson's Seminar I, II & III, The L.D. Pankey Institute Courses I through V, and all of the curriculum at The Esthetic Epitome.
Dr. Cranham is an internationally recognized speaker on the integration of
contemporary aesthetic principles with tried and true principles of occlusion. He has provided over 150 educational presentations in the US, Canada, and the UK. His lectures cover techniques to visualize optimum care, aesthetic success, occlusal success, adhesive success, technological advances, restoration selection, procedural excellence, laboratory communication, and happiness and fulfillment in dentistry. After two years as a faculty member for Ross Nash Seminars (The Esthetic Epitome), Dr. Cranham has founded Cranham Dental Seminars which provide a combination of lecture, mobile hands-on programs, and intensive 3 day hands-on experiences at his office in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Additionally he provides Occlusion lectures for Dr. Larry Rosenthal's Aesthetic Advantage in New York City & West Palm Beach. A published author, Dr. Cranham has a strong commitment to developing sound educational programs that exceed the needs of today's dental professional.
Martin Fulford
Martin Fulford has spent 17 years working as a general dental practitioner in the UK. During this time he managed to combine clinical dentistry with research, mainly in the field of infection control. Martin is active in research and is currently part of a team investigating the possibility of the transmission of vCJD via contaminated dental instruments. Martin is also a scientific adviser, with a particular interest in infection control, to the British Dental Association.
Linda Greenwall

Linda Greenwall BDS MGDS RCS MSc MRD RCS FFGDP is a specialist in prosthodontics and restorative dentistry and runs a multi-disciplinary private practice in Hampstead, London. She is editor in chief of Aesthetic Dentistry Today magazine and has written a book called ‘Bleaching Techniques in Restorative Dentistry: An Illustrated Guide’ which was awarded Best New Dental Book of the Year 2001.
Linda Greenwall
Linda Greenwall is a specialist in restorative dentistry and prosthodontics. She has a private multidisciplinary based in Hampstead. She is also editor of Aesthetic Dentistry Today. Linda has written a book ?Bleaching Techniques in Restorative Dentistry ? an illustrated guide? published by Martin Dunitz.
Ken Harris
Dr Ken Harris BDS MFGDP(UK) maintains a fully private practice in Sunderland in the north east of England, focusing on cosmetic dentistry and complex reconstruction cases. He is an accredited member of BACD, a sustaining member of AACD and holds full membership of BAAD. He is a UK mentor/instructor for the California Center for Advanced Dental Studies (CCADS) and has for many years been a senior UK clinical instructor for the Rosenthal Institute’s Aesthetic Advantage in London. Ken completed the nine-stage continuum studying with Dr John Kois in Seattle in the summer of 2008. He can be contacted on info@riveredge.co.uk.
John Kanca
Dr John Kanca, III, is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He maintains a private practice in Middlebury, Connecticut, with the emphasis on cosmetic dentistry, Dr Kanca has published over 50 original articles and abstracts in peer-reviewed journals, such as the Journal of the American Dental Association, Journal of Aesthetic Dentistry, Quintessence International, Journal of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Journal of Dentistry, and the Journal of Dental Research.
Dr Kanca’s work has revolutionised the field of adhesive dentistry. He gave validation to etching f dentin with phosphoric acid, proved that resins can be used as pulp capping agents, discovered the concept known as wet-bonding and has contributed significantly to the understanding of how resins attach to dentin. Some of his latest work involves the best method of initiating light-activated resin composites in order to create the lowest interfacial stresses, and has created the protocol known as ‘pulse activation.’
Dr Kanca has invented a no-rinse adhesive system, a revolutionary ceramic primer and holds numerous patents.
Dr Kanca has received many honours, including the Gordon Christensen Awards from the Chicago Dental Society, the Albert Knab Award from the Academy of General Dentistry, the William Gies Award from the First District Dental Society of New York, the Larry Pearson Award from the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the Outstanding Achievement Award from the American Academy of Aesthetic Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr Kanca is an active member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and has lectured at every major meeting in the United States and around the world.
Ashley Latter
Ashley Latter is known as the ‘Selling Coach’ and has coached more than 3400 dentists and their teams on his Ethical Sales & Communication programme in the last 10 years. He is also the author of

Jay Lerner

Dr. Lerner graduated from Columbia University School of Dentistry and completed a General Practice residency at Brookdale Medical Center in New York. He maintains a private practice in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida in which the focus is on comprehensive restorative and aesthetic dentistry. Dr. Lerner is dedicated to continuing education having completed advanced training in aesthetic and restorative dentistry at Baylor College of Dentistry, New York University, The Seattle Institute and The Dawson Center. He has studied with Frank Spear and Peter Dawson and incorporates their philosophy in his practice and teachings. He serves as a senior clinical instructor with the Rosenthal Institute at New York University, Indiana University, the Eastman Dental Clinic in London, England and the Palm Beach Community College in West Palm Beach. He is also the Chairman of the Comprehensive Esthetic and Restorative clinic at the Atlantic Coast Dental Research Clinic in West Palm Beach. Dr. Lerner has published numerous articles for leading dental journals and lectures both nationally and in the United Kingdom
Jimmy Makdissi
Jimmy Makdissi, DDS, PGD (OMFS), MMedSc, FDSRCS (Eng.) DDRRCR joined Queen Mary University of London in November 2004. He obtained his fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1999, and he completed his higher training in Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology at Guy?s Hospital in London and obtained the Diploma of Dental Radiology from the Royal College of Radiologists in 2004. Jimmy delivers didactic and clinical teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate dental students, senior house officers and medical and dental Specialist Registrars. He also teaches on the fellowship and membership programmes at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He sat on the education committee of the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology.
Sia Mirfendereski
Sia is a specialist in Prosthodontics. He is principle at 3 London practices including MS dentistry in Wimpole Street and at Chelsea Football club where he is the team dentist. He has lectured widely internationally on Teeth Whitening, Practice management and Adhesive Dentistry and has been a lecturer at the Royal London Hospital and Visiting lecturer at the University of Florence
